Wyoming the latest state to pass an anti-cruelty law, but some say it’s watered down

A new, anti-cruelty bill became law March 3 in Wyoming. It seems to include a provision that requires animal guardians to supply food, water and shelter.

From a WyomingNews.com story –  “” The law says that a person commits household pet animal cruelty if he keeps a pet in a way that results in chronic or repeated physical harm or keeps the pet in conditions which create a public health hazard. “”
